Managing team and organizing resources and materials to ensure the running performance and safety condition for all production equipments ,auxiliary equipments , transportation vehicles , special safety equipments , as well as electrical automation equipments and construction buildings.Managing projects and engineering for production capacity improving, process optimization , cost saving, quality improvement , construction and buildings , EHS engineering . etc.Job Responsibilities1. Production equipment and facilities management , setup and maintain equipment database and documentation.2. Conducting and checking PPC maintenance plan ,breakdown time analysis, take part in critical troubleshooting for important equipment3. Setup and maintain maintenance operation regulations and procedures in line with OHSAS18001, EMS14001and QMS9001.4. Equipment running performance analysis, continues improving process for production and carry out re-engineering.5. Investment project managing , including project proposing, Budgeting, application, controlling cost and time. As well as government approval and acceptance.6. Investment project engineering , including basic design , detail engineering , procurement, installation and final acceptance.7. Maintenance budgeting .maintenance cost forecasting and cost controlling.8. Check and control ERSA & HIBE spare part stock level.9．Check, control & monitor consumption of Energy-Electricity as well as Gas and oil.10. Check and prepare all essential documents & records for IMS auditing.11. Cooperating with RHI MCC , RHI share service , production, purchasing, SCM , administration ,etc.12. realization of the appraisal interviews, succession planning, developing all directly reporting team members.13. managing team, task allocation, motivation and punishment, keeping balance and justice. Continues improving work efficiency.14. Training for substitute persons in all critical areas for backup.15. Conducting safety regulations and training in M&E dept. to enhance safety consciousness of technicians.Job Requirement1.More than 5-10 years of engineering and maintenance management，More than 2 years of refractory and cement industry.2. University Degree holder or master degree holder，State certification of mechanical engineers or electrical engineer.3. Equipment and maintenance management，Investment project management，Mechanical design and fabricating，Electrical control and automation，Hydraulic and pneumatic driving，Refractory production processing，Architecture and construction.4. Good command of oral and written English is a must.5. MS-Office, AUTOCAD, INVENTOR or SOLIDWORKS, SIMATIC S7 and WINCC, SAP.
