Duties of Position：1) As contact person, responsible for all commercial topics regarding the assigned material groups, including but not limited to sourcing, market research, inquiry, price comparison and price development, negotiation, contract release, etc. 2) Develop a proper purchasing & contracting strategy for the assigned material groups, closely monitor the market situatioin and conclude frame contracts to cover the responsible materials, 3) Make and follow up the contract execution like order allocation, delivery & service performance, quality complaint, payment due, supplier evaluation, 4) Consolidate and optimize the existing supplier pool constantly by working with plant quality management, 5) Support RD to seek any alternative raw materials with cost benefits.Position Specification:1) At least with bachelor degree, master degree preferred, majored in business adminstration, economics or international trading, chemical materials, refractory preferred, 2) Minimum 3~5 years purchasing experiences at multinational company preferred as a lead buyer, fully in charge in purchasing certain material groups independently, 3) Proficient English skill, speaking and written in a business context, 4) Familiar with SAP operation, MS Office Software, 5) Strong adaptability and integrity with consistent self-motivation and improvement, 6) Strong communication skills, clear mindset and target orientation to achieve the pre-established goals,
