本職位工作地址為遼寧省大連市經濟技術開發區

Product manager of technical marketing steel linings China is responsible for the development, creation and implementation of technical and commercial concepts for our customers – now and in future. He provides technical expertise and detailed application knowledge in refractories and customer processes to support the sales activities within RHIM China.
Product manager has to coordinate and work with R&D, Sales , Operations and Technical Services to fulfill the tasks.

Functional and operational tasks:

?Create customer specific refractory concepts and system solutions
?Customer service including on site monitoring of service trials, troubleshooting, fact finding etc.
?Initiate and support market roll out of new products
?Provide & transfer information about integration of new product developments into existing concepts (sales information)
?Set-up and revise product portfolio including related equipment
?Support for business plans
?Support of the sales team in the customer service process
?customer presentations
?exhibitions
?trouble shooting
?fact finding & process consulting
?price formation
?Brand and shape selection
?Claim-handling:
?fact finding
?check final customer report

AOD specialist:
Beside attached general job description, below specific requirements are needed:
? 1. Major in material science or metallurgy technology.
? 2. 5+ years of dolomite product application experience on AOD.
? 3. Good English in spoken.

Ladle specialist:
Beside attached general job description, below specific requirements are needed:
? 1. Major in material science or metallurgy technology.
? 2. 5+ years of refractory application experience especially focus on ladle.
? 3. Good spoken English.

EAF Marketing manager:
Beside attached general job description, below specific requirements are needed:
? 1. Major in material science or metallurgy technology.
? 2. 2+ years of refractory application experience. EAF application preferred.
? 3. Good English in writing.

Designer:
Beside attached general job description, below specific requirements are needed:
? 1. Major in material science or metallurgy technology.
? 2. 2+ years of refractory application experience.
? 3. Skilled on CAD drawings, experience on EAF, ladle, RH, BOF drawing.
? 4. Good English in writing.

AOD 市場部產品經理：
à材料或者是鋼鐵冶金專業本科畢業。
à五年以上白云石產品鋼廠應用技術支持相關經驗。
à 英語口語交流流暢

鋼包市場部產品經理：
à材料或者是鋼鐵冶金專業本科畢業。
à 五年以上耐火材料產品在鋼廠的應用技術支持相關經驗， 特別是在鋼包方面。
à英語口語交流流暢

電爐市場部產品經理：
à 材料或者是鋼鐵冶金專業本科畢業
à兩年以上耐火材料產品在鋼廠的應用技術支持相關經驗， 特別是在電爐方面。
à 比較好的英語讀寫能力

設計產品經理：
à材料或者是鋼鐵冶金專業本科畢業
à兩年以上耐火材料產品在鋼廠的應用技術支持相關經驗。
à 熟練使用AUTO CAD做電爐，轉爐，鋼包等爐子的爐襯設計。
à 比較好的英語讀寫能力。
