To knowthe manufacturing process in  the wholeplant, Quality control， Technical maintenance and Productionprocess

To support the 5S& Lean is also partial& important task for this position.

To grow and be qualified as successor of theshop floor leaders potentially

崗位要求：

1.University degree in aEngineering , ceramic or material science subject

2.3-5 years in amanufacturing environment ( heavy industry )

3.Min.1 years leadershipexperience of a manufacturing line

4.MS-Office ( in particular higher level MSXL usage )

5.Fluent English in reading, writing, verbal and listening

6.Have a strong team spirit, to be positive, sincere, diligent and integrity
