Aim and purpose of this position

Have hands on experience on one of those top automation makers’ MES, such as Siemens, Rockwell Automation, GE etc. Have application experience on AR/VR or AI technologies.

Be responsible for managing all digitalization solution project teams that are responsible for the delivery of all digitalization professional services projects within that region. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure both the commercial and technical success of all projects, including ensuring that projects are being executed within budget and schedule requirements by the project teams, ensuring that all projects are executed in accordance with the global digitalization strategy and best practices.

Bring the best digitalization practice from external/ internal to the plants across the world.

Be able to support global digitalization projects by remote and travel.

Organizational Competencies - Manage global MES solution projects/ programs KPIs

- Manage Utilization of global digitalization team

- Develop and Manage global digitalization talents

- Manage suppliers and leverage their resources to digitalization projects.

- Accountable to ensure global project teams comply with the use of standardized company project management controls: issue management; change management; risk management; problem tracking; contingency planning and communication management.

- Accountable to ensure that global projects be properly managed of the budgets for project expenditures

- Coordinate with global digitalization teams to deploy new products/features for our internal plants.

- Have hands on experience on one of those top automation makers’ MES, such as Siemens, Rockwell Automation, GE etc. Have application experience on AR/VR or AI technologies.

- English is must for both oral and writing

Educational Qualifications/ Work Experience

? Be able to travel international and domestic (~50% travel)

? Engineering degree

? 10 plus years of successful project/program management experience

? 5 years plus people management experience in information solution space

? 8 years above Information solution/MES implementation experiences

? Experience with Manufacturing industrial information solution, automation, process control, and advanced process control applications

? Experience in the Discrete & Process industries including: Steel, Automation, Automotive, Life Science, Chemistry, etc.

? Ability to perform projects/programs budget tracking, forecasting, financial reporting and allotment procedures

? Ability to develop and grow up team competence to support new business

? PMP certification
