該職位來源于獵聘Global Automation Engineer Aim and purpose of this position (short summary) Can bring deep understanding and knowledge of PLC and DCS into RHIM to improve automation system level including hardware and software Can manage global automation project professionally and reach the project target Can cooperate with cross organizations and support global plants from automation technical side Tasks and responsibilities Functional and operational tasks Organizational Competencies - To work with global team to create/ improve global automation standards - To understand company production process, find the solution to the pain points, to analysis/apply/create global automation project which really benefit the company - To be the technical expert/ consultant to support local automation projects - To be the PM of some global projects to catch the cost/time/quality target - To stand at the forefront of automation application technology, find and collect advance automation technology information with thinking of productivity improvement and cost reduction, to improve automation level of the company - To establish reliable relationship with internal organization and external vendors - Be able to work under multi-culture and cross organization - Be able to travel frequently (more than 50%)- Educational Qualifications/ Work Experience - Minimum 5 years work experience in DCS company or Automation engineering company for DCS or PLC hardware/software configuration and site commissioning - Minimum 3 years work experience in automation project management. PMP certification will be plus - Knowledge of DCS/PLC systems from such as AB/Siemens/ABB, preferred Siemens - Fluent English both on writing and speaking is necessary - Bachelor degree or above in electrical engineering, industry automation or relevant majors - High communication skill will be plus Min.3 years in Refractory industry Work experience as administrative assistant 2.2 Education (school education, academic studies, professional education etc.) Good general education, preferably Bachelor’s degree in engineering MS-Office English, proficiency in written and spoken English
